When to take CBD?
CBD oil can be taken during or right after a meal: there is evidence to suggest that the biological availability of CBD can be improved by food that’s high in unsaturated fats. We would also advise against taking it late at night, right before bedtime. The reason for this, is that it can give you an energyboost, although this varies from person to person.
The best way to start, is to divide your ingestion into three separate moments a day. You could, for example, plan to take your CBD after each meal. This way you can fit it into your daily routine quite easily, while at the same time guaranteeing a constant flow of CBD for your body. We advise you to experiment most of all, in order to find out what makes you feel most comfortable.
